DHL Delivery - Mainland UK Only (Excluding Saturdays)
Please Note: We NEVER ship part orders.
Most orders are sent using a next working day courier service. We advise you by email on dispatch. We cannot offer timed delivery. However your order will normally arrive the next working day after leaving us. You will also receive a pre-delivery notification from the Courier Company which enables you to track its status and progress. This is via or email depending on what you selected at the checkout.

Deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Non Mainland UK.
These areas carry an extra fuel surcharge and ferry costs where applicable, which is why the standard UK charges are different. You must choose Scottish Highlands if Your postcode is within one of the following: AB 31 to 56 - IV 1 to 63 - KW 1 to 14 - PA 20 to 49 - PH 4 to 50 all IOW Postcodes. Please Note: Unfortunately due to the high cost charged by Couriers we don't offer delivery to Ireland at this present time.

Saturday Delivery UK Only
We are able to offer Saturday delivery for the UK only. If you require this service please select it from the drop down menu at the checkout stage. The cut off for Saturday delivery is Friday at 11:00am. This allows us to pick and pack your order before pickup by the courier.
Tracking Your Order
All deliveries are fully tracked right from the moment they leave us. You will receive an email confirming the delivery address from us and another from the courier company advising you of its delivery status.
It is important that we have a correct email address and telephone number (preferably a mobile) so we can communicate this to you. We respect your privacy and assure you that we NEVER share your information with anyone else. To track your order go to https://www.ukmail.com/ Type in your order number in the tracker box that says "By Reference Number" and click GO.
A signature is required upon receipt of the goods otherwise the package will not be left.
Should this happen you have one
opportunity to re-arrange the delivery with the courier. Should you not contact us or the courier and the package is returned to us there will be a cost to you for re-delivering your order.
Care and Protection
We check every item before we send it to you. We also take great care in packing your product to ensure its safe arrival. Should a box be opened or badly damaged please contact us immediately and advise the courier likewise.
This is a condition put upon us by the Courier Company and PayPal.
FREE Collection From Bristol Store
We offer a FREE option to collect your order from our Bristol store BS4 2PU. Please contact us before placing your order should you wish this service. You will need to bring a copy of the confirmation of your order that was sent to you, plus suitable I.D. such as a drivers license or passport.
Please Note: Certain products displayed on this website specify that they can only be collected from the Bristol store BS4 2PU. This is due to either the rarity, size or high value of the item.
Delivery to Europe
We have now included the option to deliver to European Countries. Please view the map below for the countries where we deliver. Should you choose a country not on our list of countries you will be contacted by email and advised the extra cost, if we are able to deliver to the required destination.
Check the different costs to deliver by using the drop down menu. On larger items UK Mail Courier is cheaper than Royal Mail.
