All Courier Companies have increased their prices again! The cost of shipping has risen significantly. In all instances it costs us more than we charge. A typical next Day parcel weighing 2kg costs us £9.76 plus Vat plus a variable Fuel Surcharge equating to a total of £11.50 We make no profit on sending your order, in fact we don't charge for packaging, a cost that has also risen significantly.
Our prices are incredibly low and we do offer Free collection from our Bristol Store.
DHL Delivery - Mainland UK Only (Excluding Saturdays)
We NEVER ship part orders. Most orders are generally sent using a next working day courier service. We advise you by email on dispatch. We cannot offer timed delivery. However under normal circumstances your order will normally arrive the next working day after leaving us. You will also receive a pre-delivery notification from the Courier which enables you to track its status and progress.
* All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Non Mainland UK.
These areas carry an extra fuel surcharge and ferry costs where applicable, which is why the standard UK charges are different. You must choose the above method of delivery to these areas or your Post Code is one of the following: AB 31 to 56 - IV 1 to 63 - KW 1 to 14 - PA 20 to 49 - PH 4 to 50 all IOW Postcodes. Please Note: Unfortunately due to the high cost charged by Couriers we are not able to offer delivery to Southern Ireland.

Saturday Delivery UK Only
We are able to offer Saturday delivery for the UK only. If you require this service please select it from the drop down menu at the checkout stage. The cut off for Saturday delivery is Friday at 11:00am. This allows us to pick and pack your order before pickup by the courier. Saturday delivery is reliant on our Courier DHL you need to be at home to receive the delivery.
Tracking Your Order
All deliveries are fully tracked right from the moment they leave us. You will receive an email confirming the delivery address from us and another from the courier company advising you of its delivery status.
It is important that we have a correct email address and telephone number (preferably a mobile) so we can communicate this to you. We respect your privacy and assure you that we NEVER share your information with anyone else. To track your order go to https://track.dhlparcel.co.uk Type in your MOSS247 order number in the tracker box that says "By Reference Number" and click GO.
Important Note: A signature is required upon receipt of the goods otherwise the package will not be left.
Should this happen you have one opportunity to re-arrange the delivery with the courier. Should you not contact us or the courier and the package is returned to us there will be a cost to you for re-delivering your order.
Care and Protection
We check every item before we send it to you. We also take great care in packing your product to ensure its safe arrival. Should a box be opened or badly damaged please contact us immediately and advise the courier likewise.
This is a condition put upon us by the Courier Company and PayPal.
FREE Collection BRISTOL Store Only
We offer a FREE option to collect your order from our Bristol store BS4 2PU. Due to Covid-19 Please contact us before placing your order as Collections are arranged with allotted times. You will need to bring a copy of the confirmation of your order that was sent to you, plus suitable I.D. such as a drivers license or passport.
Please Note: Certain products displayed on this website specify that they can only be collected from the Bristol store BS4 2PU. This is due to either the rarity, size or high value of the item.
Delivery to Europe
We apologise that due to the high cost of sending parcels to Europe we are suspending our over seas service. Despite the fact that we just pass on the direct cost Customers still feel that it is expensive. Small companies like ours do not get the same deal as larger concerns and our prices are so low they are not able to absorb the cost of sending our type of product safely and securely.
Tips
Check the different costs to deliver by using the drop down menu. On larger items UK Mail Courier is cheaper than Royal Mail.
